So, I turned fourteen a couple of months ago and I’ve always wanted to do dance lessons but never got round to it. And now I really want to start dancing but I can’t find a good dance school for beginners in England, West Sussex.

I want to start taking dance lessons. I’m 14, I used to take ballet when I was much younger.
I know I want to take ballet, but I also want to take another type. I want to take a dance class that dances to modern music and does today’s kind of dancing, if that makes sense. I don’t want to take hip hop though.

So my friend and I were planing to go dance lessons together. But they have ‘hip hop’ and ‘break dance’, what are the differences between them?

My fiance are having dance lessons for our wedding and we are doing a modern version of a waltz. Our instructor has us with my left hand on my fiance’s shoulder and my right hand in his left but it feels so wrong like this and when we switch eg my right hand on his shoulder and my left hand in his right it feels so much more natural and easier- is this wrong or can we switch it up?
